We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel our services. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation of Services
• You may cancel ongoing services, such as digital marketing campaigns or IT services, by providing written notice 2 days in advance.
• If cancellation occurs before the service start date, a full refund will be issued.
• For ongoing services, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Non-Cancellable Services
• One-time services or projects that have already been initiated or completed cannot be cancelled.
• Fees for third-party services or platforms used as part of your campaign or project are non refundable upon cancellation.
Early Termination Fees
If you are under a contract with a minimum term and you cancel before the term is complete, early termination fees may apply, as outlined in your contract.
