Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
• If services are not rendered as described or agreed upon.
• If you cancel services before work begins.
• Refunds for ongoing services, such as monthly marketing campaigns, will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
• Services that have been completed and delivered as agreed.
• Fees associated with third-party tools or platforms used during the project (e.g., advertising
costs, software licenses).
• Customized or one-time services such as consulting or strategy development.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 4 days of the service start date or issue occurrence. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4 business days after approval.
